What is an Affiliate Program?
When you become a member of an affiliate programme, you promote our service and every time one of your clients uses our service we pay you a commission of R70.

How does the programme work?

You send visitors to our Web site, using whatever creative marketing ideas you can devise. You help your clients and contacts to appreciate the value of our service so that they arrive at the AccessToInfo site with a pretty good idea of what to expect and a willingness to use the service. Your visitors will access our website using the unique URL we have given you. |

| Step 3 |
We will send you a template of an email that you can modify or use “as is” to let your contacts know about the site. We will also send you the code that will enable you to place a banner on your website together with all the necessary links for visitors to your website to find us. |

| Step 4 |
Every person who arrives on our website as a result of your introduction is identified as belonging to you and tracked using cookies and a database-driven system. Each such person will always be identified as your contact no matter how many times he returns to the website or the length of time between visits. |

| Step 5 |
If the client uses our service and pays us, you get a commission of R70 per client. |

| Step 6 |
Once every month we pay you the commission you have earned from referring clients and contacts to our site. We provide you with full statistics and the names of all clients and contacts that have used our service. Please note that we only pay commissions that exceed R350 per month. In other words, you must send us at least five clients before we pay any commission. |

- processing all payments
- producing the Manual and emailing this to the client
- emailing a copy of the Manual to the Human Rights Commission
- placing a copy of the Manual on our website and sending details of the unique address to the client for his own use
- providing follow-up customer support
When your clients and contacts visit the site we will ensure that they get just the service they were expecting. When they leave the site after having completed the process and after paying the fee, we will do all follow-ups necessary to ensure their total satisfaction.
